Oxford Translation provides complete technical assistance for organising seminars, workshops, round tables, conferences and congresses, as follows:
- technical equipment for simultaneous translation,
- additional equipment: LCD panels, projection screen, flipchart, overhead projector, etc.
Logistic support
Regarding the organisation of seminars and conferences, Oxford Translation
renders the following services:
- organises seminars, workshops, conferences and other events;
- provides accommodation and catering for all participants during such events;
- provides transport for all participants as required;
- provides assistance in terms of ensuring that all other logistics are handled carefully and discretely by trained hostesses;
- organises social events during seminars and conferences upon request of the client.
